- You send us your address to receive, we calculate an estimated shipping fee.
- We will send you total cost of: price of the product + shipping fee + our service fee.
- You make payment via payment link that we create and send you. The payment processing fee is around 4% should be shouldered by you.
- We buy the product and ship to you, and send you tracking info.
* Notes:
You can check shipping yourself via website of DHL or ups. However, we usually send by Viettel post service, due to the cost is lower than DHL and ups. For Viettel post, you need to create an account to check the price.
Products or goods need to be permitted to send by Customs in Vietnam
Why do we request for payment in advance?
To avoid situation which you change your mind mid-process and don’t want to buy the product anymore, but we already processing the purchase for you.
